Aggregate website measurement
Information collected
The form collects MPN or product requirements, quantity, delivery requirements, company, email, preferred contact method, application notes and an optional BOM. Entry page, referrer and UTM parameters are also recorded. Do not upload unrelated personal or confidential data.
Purpose and access
Data is used to review sourcing requirements and manage quotations. Records are stored in the database; BOM files are stored separately and accessed through protected management routes. Administration requires sign-in and an authorized operator identity. We use Resend to send inquiry notifications and acknowledgment emails. This requires processing the email addresses and message content needed for those emails. Uploaded BOM files remain in protected storage and are accessed through the management console.
Analytics, language and cookies
We count page views by page, date and traffic source using first-party aggregate records. We do not store raw IP addresses in reports or use advertising cookies. Short-lived hashed counters help limit abuse. Browser language and entry-page context may be stored locally. You can opt out of measurement below; Do Not Track is respected. Inquiry source fields are supplied by the browser and may be incomplete.
Retention and requests
Open inquiries remain available for active follow-up. Closed inquiries inactive for 24 months are reviewed for removal; original records and BOMs are not automatically deleted. Private recovery snapshots can contain retained copies and remain until operator review. Aggregate page-view records expire after 90 days. Contact info@memvanta.com or use the RFQ form for access, correction or deletion requests.
